Return and Exchange Policy – HalaFi Hala Store We are committed to our customers' satisfaction, and we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. To ensure transparency and trust, we offer you a flexible and clear return and exchange policy in accordance with the regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Return and Exchange Period The customer has the right to exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product condition meets the conditions outlined below. Return within one day of receiving the order. Conditions for accepting exchange or return The product must be unused and in its original condition as received. The original packaging, identification tag, and stickers must be intact and not removed. Customized or made-to-order products cannot be exchanged or returned. Requests with signs of use, washing, or damage are not accepted. The customer bears the shipping cost when requesting to exchange the product for another product or size. In case of a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, the store bears the full shipping costs. Procedure for submitting an exchange or return request Contact customer service within 14 days of receiving the product via email or the contact number listed below. Send the order number and product photos if necessary. The request will be decided within 3 working days of receiving your request. After approval, arrangements will be made to return the product or ship the replacement according to the appropriate procedure. Refund Method The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within a maximum of 5–10 working days from the date of approval of the return. If paid upon delivery, the amount will be transferred via bank transfer to the customer’s account after deducting any shipping fees, if applicable. Important Notes Shipping fees are only refundable in case of store error or manufacturing defect. If a discount voucher or promotional code was used, the amount will be refunded after deducting the discount value from the total invoice.
